SURGE`s Pitch it to Win it! Pitch Competition is an annual pitch competition providing Mohawk College students the opportunity to showcase their business idea, competing for start-up capital. Pitch it to Win it! helps students refine their idea, gain exposure and build their confidence while tapping into an audience of industry and community partners to expand their network.
Who is Eligible:
- You are a Mohawk College student or alumni who graduated in the 2024/2025 academic year
- You have a business concept that is in the ideation/pre-launch phase
- In the planning process you have been able to clearly define:
- What your product or service is
- The problem your product/service is solving
- Your customers
- Your competition or competitive considerations that already exist in the market
- Your pricing model
- The financial contribution needed to launch your business
- You may have a prototype of your product that has been tested in the market place
